In short. We collect the details you give us to run your account and answer your enquiries, we keep them only as long as we need them, and we do not sell them. This policy covers secernresearch.com, app.secerndata.com and our email.

Who receives it
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our instructions:

Data is stored in the United States. Transfers from the UK and EU rely on the providers' data processing terms, which include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and where applicable the providers' Data Privacy Framework certification. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time from your account settings or the link in any marketing email. Email support@secernresearch.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local supervisory authority in the EU.
Changes
We will post changes here with a new version number and effective date. Material changes to how we use your data are notified by email to account holders.
